What are Dermal Fillers?

Hyaluronic acid has excellent viscoelasticity, a high moisture retention capacity and a high biocompatibility and is used in a range of medical applications, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals. One extracted hyaluronic acid is reformulated and is now one of the most common injectable fillers used worldwide.

How long does a dermal filler treatment last?

Depending on the type of Dermal Filler used it can last between 6 to 12 months. Duration depends on many factors, such as the individual’s skin type, skin condition lifestyle and age. After the initial treatment, follow-up sessions are normally recommended around every 6 to 12 months depending on the individual and the treatment.
